I am licensed in Colorado and California with 11 years of professional work experience. I have experience working with people from all walks of life, backgrounds and identities, all are welcome here. I have experience working with a variety of issues, including helping clients manage depression, stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, grief and loss & parenting issues. Seeking support takes a lot of courage and is a wonderful first step in your journey towards living a more fulfilling life. I am here to provide a listening ear, an unconditionally open and non-judgmental space to process and supportive guidance as we navigate together. We will start where you are and work at your pace. I work using a variety of modalities and approaches always based in a relational approach, first building trust and rapport. My approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, harm reduction, and narrative therapy.
