Are you ready to start your mental wellness journey? I'm Julia, and I'm here to help you work through whatever is keeping you stuck. Is it a bad relationship that's holding you back? Anxiety that keeps you from getting that promotion? Whatever the problem, we can work through it together. I have experience working with clients from all different backgrounds and walks of life. I work hard to make sure my clients feel comfortable and understood. Whoever you are, you are welcome here. I offer LGBTQ+, polyam and kink-affirming therapy. I use emotion-focused and dynamic psychotherapy to help address issues ranging from depression, trauma and substance abuse, to anxiety, perfectionism and imposter syndrome. I have also studied psychedelic-assisted therapy and can help you integrate any such experiences you have had into your overall mental health. I look forward to working with you!
