Our world is in flux. Transitions can be intimidating. Mental and emotional turmoil can range from mild to incapacitating. I've had the opportunity to serve people from various backgrounds in various settings. From advocacy work with those impacted by domestic violence, children and families involved in the foster care system to adults struggling with addictions and mental health crises in acute psychiatric and intensive outpatient settings. I have learned so much and grown, professionally & personally from every interaction and I continue to build on this experience for you.
I'm here for you. Together we can work towards reducing anxiety, depression, addictions, figuring out life transitions, coping with loss, and so much more. I meet you where you are - with no judgment, only empathy and a strengths-based perspective to identify what changes you might want to make and what goals you may have.
One of the bravest things you can do for yourself is to begin to understand your story. In doing so, you may come to realize it is time let go of patterns that are no longer serving you.
