I'm Julia Daniels, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), a Master’s level Certified Addictions Professional (MCAP), and a Certified Hypnotherapist.
I’ve been counseling clients for over 23 years because it is my passion. During our sessions my focus is entirely on you because I care. I will listen and help you reach your goals.

One of the most important elements for healing and growth in therapy is the feeling of safety and understanding in the relationship between the individual and the therapist. My approach is based on what you need and is unique for each individual's specific needs.
