Hi! My name is Julia, I have been working in the social work field for the past 7 years and have a vast experience in crisis intervention, therapies including DBT, solution-focused therapy, CBT, and crisis management among other modalities. I am a firm believer in meeting people where they are and assisting them with being the best version of themselves, whatever that may look like.
