Have you ever felt like your life is a puzzle you are struggling to put together? I have had the opportunity to guide various individuals by placing the puzzle pieces together so that the individual can step back and see the bigger picture. My Name is Julia, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have worked in the mental health field for approximately eight years and have experience in a clinical setting and case management. I strive to work with my clients on their desired outcomes. I have experience working with individuals and families. I work with my clients to develop the best approach that will benefit them to meet their goals, including CBT, DBT, solution-focused, narrative, and strength-based techniques. If my clients have faith they would like to use as part of their treatment goals, we will explore how their faith can be used as part of their interventions. Not everyone has it, and I desire to make each person feel safe and comfortable during sessions.
