I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Alabama. I have been in practice for 30 years. I work with many issues including depression, anxiety, OCD, parenting, grief, and PTSD. I specialize in issues that arise from growing up in an alcoholic or dysfunctional family, and also adult survivors of child sexual abuse. I use energy psychology to rapidly reduce trauma symptoms, anger, rejection, loneliness, jealousy and shame.
I have unconditional positive regard for my clients. I am an encourager and believe that therapy can help you be the best version of yourself. I use a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Energy Psychology, psychodynamic, and trauma informed therapy. My personality is warm and up-lifting.
