About

I have a long career in helping individuals and couples (20 years). My main focus is to look into the internal process and how one thinks of themselves and the world around them. My ultimate goal in therapy is to see individuals and couples reach their genuine selves. I work in the area of Rational Emotive Therapy. I also must add the humanistic point of view as it is so important to know you are the only you.
My approach is direct and I have caring for those I treat. I do have a sense of humor which most people enjoy as counseling at times can be stressful. I reach rapport quickly with those that contact me and each individual case is important to me.
