I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida with over 20 years of experience working with, but not limited to: Addictions, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar D/O, Anger Management and Trauma to name a few. I work with helping to build self-esteem and a positive outlook towards life challenges.
My therapy style is person centered to focus on the individual. I treat each individual with respect, kindness without judgement or pre- expectations.
