Hello!

Thank you for reaching out. I am Judi, a clinician with over 25 years of experience, licensed in Kansas and Missouri. I have worked in a variety of settings, inpatient, outpatient, in home and community. As a private practice clinician, I have helped people address their depressive symptoms, reduce anxiety and improve coping, work to resolve their grief and resolve trauma reactions. I have also extensive experience in counseling with those addressing workplace issues, skill building and mandatory management referrals.

I believe the client/counselor relationship is an integral part of the counseling process. I strive to develop a professional relationship with you, one that is respectful, compassionate and honest. I am eclectic in my approach, utilizing a combination of tools to best meet your specific needs. I draw from solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, lifespan integration and reality.
