I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Michigan with over 18 years of experience working as a therapist in various settings. My clients have experienced measurable support with issues pertaining to anxiety and depression, stress management, ADHD, adjustment disorders, anger management, relationship/family dynamics, and goal setting.

My counseling style is motivational, practical, and solution-focused. Typically I use psycho-education, cognitive-behavioral, and psychodynamic approaches in counseling. You can expect to receive services that meet your identified needs, while treating you with dignity and respect, because you are far greater than your current situation.
