I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Michigan with over 15 years of experience working as a counselor and life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, life purpose, grief and loss and addictions.

I am an easy going and approachable person. My counseling style uses a blend from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and the use of Mindfulness and Acceptance. I take what is best needed from these approaches to fit the unique needs of the clients that I work with.
