Hello.
I love working with anxious and depressed clients. Why? I love helping them discover the path to the solutions that have been eluding them. Many have suffered abuse/trauma and are seeking healing leading to fulfillment of life. In this world of confusion, disappointment, and fear relief is attainable. There are many decisions to be made in career and personal life to be sorted through to clarity. My 30+ years in counseling including a Masters degree in community counseling and other tools like empathy, intuition and skill have helped many clients who said I was their best counselor. I use a Cognitive Behavioral approach and Guided Imagery to unlock your potential
