I have been a therapist for over 20 years and love this career. I have a lot of personal experiences that help me understand my clients and what they are going through. I have a calm demeanor and like to use humor in most sessions to help clients feel more at ease. I thrive on being with my five grown children, husband, and dogs, Brady and Bella. I had a new experience this year of having my home demolished by Hurricane Ian but it has helped me understand others who have been through similar situations. Football season makes me happy. I am originally from cold, snowy Massachusetts and am now in Florida to stay.
