I am a licensed clinical social worker-LMSW in Michigan with ten years experience in dealing with depression, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, anger management, self-esteem, coping with life changes, parenting issues, and ADHD.

I provide a non judgmental atmosphere where the client is empowered to use their disclosed or hidden potential, and successes in life to reach their goals. I believe every client has untapped strength to reach his/her potential, and am eager to lead them to their path of discovery.

I use the clinical approaches of client centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and Solution focused therapy.

I also have a Certificate in Social Work Practice with Family and Couples.
