As a therapist, I facilitate therapy sessions and healing experiences with individuals, couples and families, helping them to use their own deep reservoir of resources. Believing that well-being is a balance of mind, body and spirit, I work within a holistic framework. My personal style encompasses honesty, creativity, nonjudgmental acceptance, joy and humor, as well as a dedication to integrating many varied approaches. I see myself as a guide who provides a safe space that is caring, supportive and conducive to helping people gain greater self-knowledge and the ability to make the changes they desire. The really good news is that I am now able to use my 25+ years of experience through teletherapy which has proven to be just as effective and empowering as "in-office" sessions.
