Hello, I'm Judith!
I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California, and I’ve been helping people create happier lives for themselves in my own private practice for the last 29 years. I believe in my clients, and I listen to them deeply. As I listen, I begin to understand them. I hear their unique resources and inner strengths. Almost always, however, I also hear repetitive negative patterns that trap them in negative stories about themselves, instead! I empathize with their pain. Together, we carefully unpack the negative patterns and stories that have been running their lives on auto-pilot—and we discover that most of them weren’t even theirs to begin with. Our collaboration becomes a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. As they begin to trust their intuition, they develop the confidence to honor who they are. Often, they discover gifts they never knew they had. Old wounds heal, new stories are discovered, and we co-create a whole new set choices and possibilities to begin the future with, starting in that very moment! As you may already sense, I love my work. I love my clients, every uniquely different one of them, and I’m passionate about assisting them in discovering how wonderful they are.
