Hi, I’m Arlene. Do you feel stuck and overwhelmed by life? With all of the demands on your time, do you struggle to take care of yourself? While I can’t add more hours to the day, we can identify the challenges in your life, develop a plan to address those challenges, and practice the skills to make change. I operate from a person centered, holistic approach. Basically, I want to authentically understand what is going on in various aspects of your life. I incorporate cognitive behavioral approaches with mindfulness. Most importantly, I work with you to develop a plan that is going to work for your life.
