Hello everyone. Thank you for taking the time to review my profile. I am licensed counselor in Michigan. My therapy style is more on the side of being a listener but I also provide interaction and feedback when I feel it is necessary to do so. I am warm and compassionate. I feel an individual who desires transparency in a therapeutic relationship may better appreciate working with me. I wish to hear what challenges you wish to work on. I tailor our sessions and treatment plans to meet you individual therapy needs. I am have been working with adults various diverse backgrounds crisis counseling sector for over 15 plus years. I feel therapy is an awesome tool to cope with stressors, receive positive support, and maintain a good sense of wellbeing. I am such an advocate for therapy! I firmly believe individuals should have a rapport with a selected therapist just as they do with a primary care physician. Therapy is just as an important as receiving medical care. My therapeutic approach are cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and solutions focused therapy.
