Life presents many challenges that are difficult to navigate alone. Knowing when to reach out for support shows wisdom and self-awareness. My philosophy has been reinforced by years of working with individuals who have found it helpful to reach out for support when facing challenging life events. I believe that it is essential to build a strong therapeutic relationship, and this is fundamental in fostering healing and change. I believe and have seen the power of the human connection in the healing of people. My extensive experience has demonstrated that this occurs best in a safe, non-judgement environment. When clients feel comfortable, they are more receptive to learning the various tools and techniques that promote personal growth and change. I am licensed in Arizona with 30+ years of professional counseling and clinical supervision experience. I have experience in helping clients with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, family conflict, relationship issues and coping with life changes.
