Do you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or lost with being able to just get through the day? Do you question or wonder if life could or will get better? Now more than ever, people are feeling anxious, depressed, uncertain and overwhelmed and some are feeling nothing at all about the struggles. I love to empower high-functioning men and women to recognize their strengths and resiliency. With a mix of cognitive therapy and bodywork together we can get to the root of the problem. When taking a holistic approach together we can address the mind, body, and spirit.
