Welcome, and thank you for landing on my profile. It is a great first step to consider therapy and begin the search. I know it can be confusing trying to find someone that meet your needs. People come to therapy for a variety of reasons, and only you know your true story. Many of us experience events that can affect us for a long time, and therapy is one way to improve some of those emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.

Much of my clinical experience is working with adolescents and adults regarding anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma, substance use, and bipolar disorder.

My approach is flexible and tailored to each individual. I do not believe that any two humans are identical. My goal is for us to figure out how to best meet your needs. Not all therapists are a one-size-fits-all. We have different personalities, backgrounds, and specializations. I hope that you find the right therapist for you. Thank you for considering me.
