Hi, my name is Juan. Taking ownership of your stuff requires a level of honesty you can’t even imagine. There is nothing easy about realizing YOU are the one that’s been holding yourself back this whole time. I am here to help you change that! With 20 years of trauma-based experience, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, families, couples, foster parents, community providers, and family courts in addressing the clients presenting symptoms such as anxiety, PTSD, depression and relationship issues which are making day-to-day life difficult. If you’re ready for a positive change in your life; we will work together using positive mindfulness techniques, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), and trauma-based techniques to name a few.
