Hello, My name is Carlos, and I'm a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I have a broad experience in the field of counseling and psychotherapy. In the last 5 years, I have worked with foster children, teenagers, adults, and families. I also have experience in substance abuse counseling. I have been trained and developed as a DBT therapist, so I'm well versed in all the DBT mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness skills. I am also person centered and strength based, so I strive to honor each client's self-determination.
