As a therapist, I use an eclectic approach pulling from various methods to best meet your individual needs. My clients often find me to be relaxed, empathic and nurturing. My style is marked by warmth, empathy, candor and a bit of humor. I work to build a respectful, trusting environment where clients feel confident and safe discussing their issues. The therapeutic relationship itself is the single most important predictor of successful therapy. The emphasis is on creating a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment in which to explore and develop insights into underlying feelings, issues and thoughts.
