Hi, I partner with clients to explore their challenges, identify sources of support, and assess for strengths which can potentially contribute to resolving issues. Life can be challenging and the past two years have been particularly difficult to navigate for many. My goal is to understand the needs of my client and utilize the most appropriate therapeutic intervention(s) to support a successful resolution of symptoms and problems. As the client, I believe you are the best source of information of your lived experience and by working together we have the best chance for successful change.
