Hey There! I’m Joyce Agne Jones. Do you feel like you're stuck in a pattern of overthinking and second guessing the decisions you're making in your life? Do you feel like your mind is constantly running through your endless to do list? Do you catch yourself feeling guilty for not being able to be ""present"" enough for those you care about in your life? You're probably amazing at taking care of everyone around you, but struggling to find any time or energy to truly take care of yourself. How would it feel to be fully present? To not always be thinking about what’s next? To be relaxed and here for every season and every stage? To foster deep, authentic, meaningful connections with those most important in your life, including YOURSELF? I want to help you live your life beyond the "highlight reel" and bloom into everything you want to be. My approach is grounded in being someone who will not judge how you feel about your pain, how you feel about yourself, but instead being someone who empowers and walks alongside you. You are the EXPERT on your own life, you know more about yourself than anyone else and I am here to help you to realize that. As your therapist, I will provide you with a safe space to address your pain and work through it. I will not shy away from giving you feedback and challenging thoughts you are having that may be getting in the way of your progress. My passion is for helping people to work through the experiences in life that may be keeping them stuck and be able to have the relationships and life that brings them true happiness and empowering them through the process.
