Have you had struggles with managing constant stress, or difficulties coping with symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood disorder, or low self-esteem? Have you had struggles coping with difficult situations and/or relationships recently? Have you felt as if you no longer have control over the struggles that you go through and need someone to help you see the light through the end of the tunnel? These moments can definitely feel painful and unbearable, especially when they seem to last forever. It does feel easy to escape or avoid the pain and/or struggles by engaging in maladaptive behaviors. Unfortunately, many people do not cope effectively with these symptoms or problems and may even end up engaging in self-destructive behaviors unless they seek help. I provide virtual therapy services to clients from age 13 to 65.
