Hello, I am currently working with families and individuals who are chronically ill or having generalized family issues. I specialize in grief in loss and have been helping families cope for over 8 years with their illnesses and loved ones illnesses. I can help with difficult family dynamics and also provide guidance on issues like hoarding and financial issues.

My approach is solution focused, mindfulness, motivational interviewing and CBT. I am empathetic and provide feedback with compassion to my clients. I will work with the individual and set realistic goals with them and provide support.
