Welcome to my page! I look forward to meeting with you and helping you identify and meet your goals toward a joyful, content life.

I graduated from Wheaton College in 1985 with a Bachelors in Social Science. After a few years traveling in Europe with minimal income, I returned to Chicago to attend Loyola University School of Social Work. In 1992 I received my Masters in Social Work as well as an Associates Degree in Addictions Studies from College of Dupage. After a few years working in a hospital setting, I began my career in the Employee Assistance field in 1994. We offer a short-term counseling benefit to employees and their family members.

Through my years working as an EAP counselor and account manager, I've developed a comprehensive set of skills that help me assist clients in meeting their therapy goals quickly. My collaboration, people-centric focus, and compassion have afforded me the opportunity to help clients succeed. In therapy, I use a solution focused approach to help you meet you goals in short-term therapy. I have worked with various concerns through the years, including depression, anxiety, stress, substance abuse, relationships, and identity issues.
