Hello there, my name is Joy. I think it is wonderful that you have decided to try therapy. Deciding to come to therapy is a big decision and takes courage. My passion is for individual psychotherapy. People come to work with me on issues such as depression, anxiety, grief/loss, life transitions and relationship concerns.
