Hi. I'm Josue. Nice to meet you. I am a generalist practitioner. During our session, we'll work at your pace and where you are emotionally. We'll utilize compassion and kindness in a safe setting. We'll set a goal and work towards achieving that goal. Don't worry, we don't have to delve deep into your past if you are not ready. Sometimes there is the need to process what you are going through at the moment and have someone to be there and listen - and that's okay. We can start there. You can expect to explore various aspects of your identity in a safe manner that works for you.
