Hello! My name is Josh. I know finding the right therapist for you can be an overwhelming/daunting process. Below I will share a little about myself to give you a better sense of who I am in hopes that it aids in your search to finding a provider. I grew up in a small, rural town in East Texas. I attended Stephen F. Austin State University and earned a Bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in Spanish. I continued my education and earn a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Stephen F. Austin State University. I’ve had the opportunity to provide psychotherapy services at university counseling centers, community mental health clinics, and private practice. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and my dogs. I also enjoy traveling, tech, movies, art, and food.
