Hello! My name is Josline and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over five years of experience providing therapy services. I have worked in a wide range of therapeutic settings including: inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, residential placement, intensive outpatient for substance use and currently provide services in an outpatient practice in Maryland. I work with a wide range of clients dealings with depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma, mania, relationship challenges and interpersonal difficulties.

I am a Maryland native (which is where I currently reside) and received my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice at the University of Maryland followed by my Masters degree in Social Work with a specialization in Clinical Behavioral Health, also at the University of Maryland.

My approach to therapy is strengths-based and person centered, however, I take an eclectic approach - drawing from multiple treatment modalities: Solution Focused, Trauma-Informed, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.
