Hello my name is Joshua Wininger and I have been counseling for over 6 years! Most of my clients wake up tired of the self-doubt and questioning if they will realize their dreams and goals; they are ready to get some help to change and grow. I offer interventions such dealing with past trauma, identifying and challenging negative thought patterns, and helping establish healthy patterns of boundaries. I became a Therapist after dealing with my own issues and I offer you the opportunity to endure your struggles without shame or judgment from someone who has struggled themselves.
