I believe that everyone is capable of a more fulfilling life and I am here to help you get there. I have worked with clients from 18 to 80 and from all different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. This work ranges from anxiety and depression, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Together we will work together figuring out how your thoughts, feelings and behaviors shape the environment around you and what part of that you can control and change.
