As a counselor I believe that every person is unique and deserves respect and empathy. I believe in working together with my clients to help them develop realistic plans to achieve their goals. My focus is on empowering individuals to identify and build on their strengths in order to find lasting solutions to the issues that they are facing in their lives.

With over 6 years of experience utilizing a framework of CBT and Positive Psychology, with an emphasis on mindfulness and cognitive restructuring to help people ages 8 to 65(and older) to learn and develop skills to help manage Depression, Anxiety, Trauma and PTSD, Adjustment Issues, Relationship and Family Conflicts, as well as learning to manage issues related to Bi-Polar and Schizophrenia; I will work with you to help you not only identify potential barriers to your happiness, but also to recognize and build upon positive elements that already exist within yourself and your life.
