I am licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina with 12 years of professional work experience. You are whole and not broken. You are meant to live a rich and meaning full life. A life with purpose, meaning, and direction. With kindness, respect, and compassion I will be that ally to help you move towards what is important to you. I seek to help you live out your greatest potential, and help you connect with your whole self. In this journey we will explore your fear, grief, anger, wonder, joy, and happiness. I have worked with individuals, families, couples, and groups to help them heal and work through their suffering. I have worked in various settings i.e. residential, community based, schools, homes, hospital outpatient clinics, and virtually/telemedicine. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, anger management, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence.

Both personally and professionally I have had the privilege to bear witness to humanities highest highs and lowest lows. These invaluable experiences have helped me believe in the resiliency of humanity. It has brought both meaning and purpose to my life, and I view this work as sacred.
