I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the great state of Wisconsin with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked in all facets of mental health including a mental health technician in group treatment homes, direct outpatient therapy, and supervision of a team of case managers and clinicians.

My goal is to create a comfortable and supportive atmosphere that addresses your individual goals for therapy. I know starting or continuing counseling can be a difficult decision, and I am here to create a strong therapeutic relationship that is tailored to you. Each person I work with is unique, and the circumstances that bring you to therapy are unique. I will work with you directly to learn about, identify, and create effective coping strategies for your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.

My therapy approach is eclectic, and I use a variety of evidence-based approaches tailored to your individual needs. The most common approaches I utilize are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solutions Focused, Client-Centered, and motivational approaches. I enjoy bringing a non-judgmental, direct, and empathetic approach to my therapy practice.
