I am a licensed clinical social worker in California with over 16 years of experience working as a therapist . I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges. I specialize in helping individuals who are struggling with sexual identity or have specific concerns related to being gay.

My counseling style is friendly and warm however, I believe that when I am doing my job, a person will walk away from a therapy session contemplating change ; which at times can be an uncomfortable feeling. I believe therapy is about change and not just learning skills that allow you to maintain the status quo. I tailor my approach to what each client needs and I don't believe in a one size fits all approach.

I don't have all the answers, but I can join with you as we seek a path for you to walk down with the goal of feeling better.
