Hi, my name is Josh. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with clients of all ages on the issues that separate them from meaningful connections with themselves and others. I enjoy working with individuals, families, and groups, and I take an existential approach to dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. As a counselor, I believe in the intrinsic worth of each human being and I would like to offer my assistance and support in helping to empower you to achieve your highest self. I believe that transformational change is the result of insight and action and it is my hope that I can support you as you move toward understanding and initiative.
