Culturally competent therapist, fluent in Spanish, with over 5 years experience in the field of mental health, whose great passion is bringing healing to those experiencing stressful or traumatic life events, as well as coping, understanding, and overcoming mental health disorders. I help both individuals, and families find peace, resiliency, feel whole and safe, by highlighting and improving their strengths. No single approach is the correct one for every situation or individual, therefore, I have extensive training in CBT, DBT, SFT, MI, among other approaches.
