With over 20 years of providing successful results in counseling depression and anxiety to include personal development coaching utilizing a holistic approach. I help teen girls and women who desire to grow, improve self esteem, heal, break the cycle of unhealthy toxic relationships, and overcome unresolved trauma.

Listen, I know that as women we are expected to be strong, wear many hats, many are over thinkers, overwhelmed and asking for help is challenging.
