Hello! I am a Masters degree in School and Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania, Graduate School of Education. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania who initially became a therapist to help struggling students feel more empowered so that they could be more successful in school. Now, I mostly with adults, teens and couples using a Person Centered therapeutic approach and a multicultural lens. This approach allows me to create an empathetic and judgment free zone where you are safe to process your feelings and gain a deeper understanding of your world within a social and cultural context. I will guide you to take charge of exploring your experiences, and so you can make decisions that are best for you.
