I am currently practicing in the state of Minnesota, as a Licensed Psychologist (MA, LP). I have over 15 years experience in working with clients from various backgrounds. I work with individuals and couples. I use approaches which include CBT, CBT-Insomnia, EMDR, Solution Based, Insight, Gottmann (Couples Counseling), ERT (Exposure Response Therapy) and mindfulness related strategies. . I specialize in anxiety and depressive related signs; including OCD related symptoms, stress management, generalized anxiety, and self-concept or esteem issues, and sleep issues.

My counseling style or approach tends to be client-centered, with room for clients to process without judgement. I also attempt to incorporate tools which help to generate a notable and positive change in the client's life. Stress management, self-improvement, and significant change tend to be common goals or steps taken. Mindfulness, spirituality, philosophical or faith perspectives are available if client seeks to incorporate.

Taking first steps in counseling requires courage and I view my role as a facilitator for clients striving to make real change in their lives.
