Sometimes addiction, depression, anger, and anxiety can happen because of a trauma history. Treating trauma can help you get your emotional health back and free you from addictive behavior and pain. I am an EMDR trained therapist. Deciding to see a therapist is a big step. In my office, you will have a judgment-free safe space. I can help you through this difficult season by helping to process and work through painful issues. I am confident that we can collaborate to create a treatment plan that works for you whether it is individual therapy, couple's therapy, or family therapy. As a veteran of the United States Army and Licensed Vocational Nurse, I have experience working with multiple cultures and in many environments.
