I’m on your team, and I’m here to validate what you’re going through, especially if you've experienced life from a marginalized perspective. I've worked hard to understand the complexities of the human experience academically by studying Applied Behavior Analysis. But beyond textbooks, my approach is grounded in human connection. Together, we’ll discover your authentic self so you can move through the world more freely. Our sessions will reflect mutual respect and authenticity, and be guided by principles like humility and self-reflection. I often recall Rumi's words, "The wound is the place where light enters you." Through our work, we'll tap into this light, allowing it to heal and guide. When the weight of the world seems overwhelming, or when sorrow seeps in, remember that time has a gentle way of healing.
