Are you feeling trapped in a negative situation and don't know what to do? Are you having problems with relationships, school or work? Do you want to change your life For the better? My passion is to assist my clients with changing their lives, changing their thought processes and restoring calm and balance to their world. My style of therapy is warm and personal. I work by getting to know you as a person since you are the expert on your own life. Together, we can jointly produce goals and solutions that are going to work for you. I will treat you with sensitivity, respect, and warmth by getting to know you as a unique individual. I am completely a non-judgmental person. I like to use Client Centered Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing. By getting to know you, we can figure out which type of counseling is going to be most beneficial to you. Seeking therapy is not an easy decision to make, and I want to commend you for wanting to create a better life for yourself.
