I am a licensed mental health counselor, living in Florida for the past 35 years, originally from NY. I believe that just about everyone could benefit from counseling at difficult points in our lives and I know that these are particularly difficult times for a lot of people. I believe that it's a sign of strength to realize how problems are affecting us and to ask for help. Sometimes you might just need someone to talk to outside of family and friends. I’m a good listener and I’ve been told I’m easy to talk to. Sometimes you might have problems that are affecting your life in various ways and want to work on making changes. It's a privilege for me to collaborate with you on making these changes.

I have over 25 years experience and have enjoyed forming nonjudgmental counseling relationships with all kinds of people. In addition to this most important relationship, we can use client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, or motivational interviewing, depending on what you want to accomplish.
