Therapy is about connecting with and formulating a safe relationship to explore and address your concerns through the therapeutic process; empowering you to achieve your goals of becoming happier and fulfilled in your relationships, life, and yourself. I want to assist you with achieving whatever solutions and/or life changes you are looking for in a safe and open environment. I use an eclectic approach working from multiple modalities that best fit the client's goals, needs, and experiences. I have experience working with adolescents, and adults with varying diagnoses. I specialize in the treatment of anger, anxiety, depression, family conflict, relationship issues, self-esteem building, and stress management. As a therapist, my goal is to help to grow your personal strengths throughout the therapeutic process. In a non-judgmental environment, we will work together to build on your strengths and begin to understand the meaning of your distressing symptoms which will ultimately lead toward growth and a positive transformation.
